Land of the Lost is an upcoming adventure comedy movie directed by Brad Silberling and starring Will Ferrell, Anna Friel and Danny McBride.
On this latest expedition, has-been scientist Dr. Rick Marshall (Will Ferrell) is sucked into a space-time vortex alongside his research assistant Holly (Anna Friel) and a redneck survivalist named Will(Danny McBride).
Now, Marshall has no weapons, few skills and questionable intelligence to survive in this alternate universe full of marauding dinosaurs and other fantastic creatures from way beyond our world. Chased by tyrannosaurus rex and stalked by painfully slow reptiles known as Sleestaks, Marshall, Will and Holly must rely on their only ally.. a primate called Chaka (Jorma Taccone) to escape from the hybrid dimension.
If they successfully navigate out of this routine expedition they will be heroes. If they fail, they'll be permanent refugees in the 'Land of the Lost.' Our
